Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business working days from date of purchase. Order placed after business hours will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping & Returns

MelaGod Imports require up to 7 business days for shipping and delivery of your order. Orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Services). Order processing and shipping times vary depending on imports selected, which means that your order can be processed and delivered anywhere between 2-10 business days.

Please advised that it is out of our company's control if your order is delayed due to weather conditions, holidays or events, and/or carrier delays. Please refer to the terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy page for further information about claims and what we adhere to.

We do not accept refunds or returns on our hair extensions and lace pieces. If you encounter any problems during the shipping and delivery experience, reach out to customer support to assist you.
